Mortgage Brain singles out its reliability as it enjoys clients flocking in

Mortgage technology provider Mortgage Brain has attracted more than 1500 customers in the last three months.

Ingard, Exclusive Connections, SimplyBiz, The Mortgage Alliance, Stirling & Law and Genesis Home Loans and Mortgage 2000 Encore users have contributed to the rapid growth.

Mark Lofthouse, chief executive of Mortgage Brain, said mortgage advisers were turning to Mortgage Brain as they saw it as the most reliable sourcing system.

Premier Plus is Mortgage Brain's latest mortgage sourcing system, which guarantees product data.

Intermediaries using the system can make a claim if incorrect information has been given by the system and their client has suffered a financial loss, according to Mortgage Brain.

He said: "Intermediaries have been asking for guaranteed product data and we are the first and only sourcing system to deliver it.

Mr Lofthouse said: "Ensuring they have the confidence in the system they use is of paramount importance and a huge deciding factor when choosing software solutions to help manage their businesses."

James Carter, proprietor of London-based IFA Independent James, said: "I have used Trigold for a number of years. Sesame has given its members access to use the Key, which is a back office sourcing system, that integrates well with Mortgage Brain, which could explain the increase.

"I am going to continue to use Trigold. It would take so many man hours to transfer everything across. I am sure that Mortgage Brain is a good system, but once you set your stall out it can take a lot to change."
